Our Founder & Mentors
Designient was founded by designers who have spent years working on real products, real users, and real business problems.
With over a decade of combined experience in UI/UX, product design, and mentoring, our leadership team has guided hundreds of learners across different stages of their careers — from complete beginners to working professionals.
We built Designient to be the school we wished existed when we were starting out.

Sameer Ul Haque
Lead Mentor & Manager — UI / UX Design
Sameer is a product and UX leader with 15+ years of industry experience designing and leading real-world digital products across startups and global organisations.
At Designient, he focuses on mentoring designers for actual hiring expectations — strong thinking, clear process, and portfolio stories that reflect real product work, not academic exercises.
He is known for helping designers move from tools to decision-making.
Shabrin Sultana M F
Co-Founder — Marketing & Branding
Shabrin is a branding and marketing leader with 12+ years of experience, including her time at Thoughtworks.
She specialises in building user-driven brand strategy, positioning, and communication grounded in research and real customer behaviour.
At Designient, she leads brand direction, growth strategy, and how Designient presents itself to learners, partners, and the industry.
