Is teaching experience mandatory?
While teaching experience is a bonus, it's not mandatory. We value industry experience, passion for mentoring, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. We provide training and support to help you excel as a mentor.
Are roles remote or onsite?
We offer flexible work arrangements. Most roles support remote work, with some positions requiring occasional onsite presence in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Specific work arrangements are mentioned in each job posting.
Do you hire freshers?
We primarily look for experienced professionals who can mentor students effectively. However, for certain support roles, we may consider candidates with relevant skills and a strong passion for design education.
